Over the last couple of days I have been away fishing at my favourite camping site, Whangaruru, where the weather was absolutely fantastic, it was as though summer had started just in time for my few days away. However the same could not be said for the fish that where very noticeable by their absence, and although we did catch a couple of legal size i am a firm believer in the motto that if you have to measure it it’s to small so back they went.
On the road we saw lots of rental cars and lots and lots of camper vans and although this is an area of the market i have thought about many times and tempting as it might seem the sums just do not work out for me and we simply do not have the space so we will stick to rental cars and area of the business that we know and love.
It’s always a special moment for me when driving and seeing one of my rental cars heading the other way or passing me as my campervan struggles up a hill and we saw a couple of James Blond Ltd rental cars whilst on the road including on that was parked outside the same bakery we went into but as i did not check that rental car out i did not recognise the client.
