James and Nicki on the birth of their daughter on Monday another member of the extended James Blond Ltd family of staff partners and children, James Randall will be away from work for two weeks on domestic duties and so we are having to manage without a resident mechanic but it’s nothing we cannot handle for a couple of weeks.
